Our location is considered one of the premier locations in steamboat. We are loacated in main town directly across from the hot springs pool and next door to yampa river park. We are within walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The bus service is free and stops at our driveway every 20 minutes. We are approx. 2 miles from the ski area. The rooms with queen bed or 2 double beds are located on the ground level of the main building and are 225 square feet in size.
